 The Girls Institute for Empowerment has been working with O'Neill & Associates since inception. Everyone at O'Neill has made our experience with starting an Non-Profit organization exceptionally easy. When our programs began to expand I knew that one phone call to your office would help me determine what (if any) changes we needed to make to our liability policies. You even helped me take ownership of the donated truck- patiently explaining to me where I could get the information and paperwork needed to transfer the title of the truck to our organization, and describing in detail the different policy choices for insuring the new vehicle. If I recall- you even once contacted our health insurance company for me when I mistakenly left you a message instead of them! In closing, you and your team have consistently gone above and beyond for us. We get calls regularly from other agents who are interested in our business- and I always tell them "thanks, but no thanks, we are very happy with our current agent!" So, thanks, for all that you do!
